Our greatest resource is the dedicated and hardworking multi-disciplinary staff team who always ’go the extra mile’ . In our concern to meet the needs of the ‘whole child’ parents are frequently consulted and involved in decision-making.

A child at Chiltern Gate is never just ‘one of the crowd’ , but is known as an individual by the teachers, therapists,  support assistants, residential care staff, volunteers, canteen staff, office staff, site manager and other professionals who work together as a team.
