Receptionist – Chiltern Wood School
We are looking to recruit a Receptionist to join our Admin team to help ensure the efficient running of the school’s reception.
39 weeks per year term time only
37 Hours per week:
- 8:00 am – 4:00 pm Monday to Thursday
- 8:00 am – 3:30 pm Friday
Bucks Pay Range 1B, £14935
Actual salary = £12667.76

About the role
They will assist in the support of the school’s drive to raise standards and to fulfil the school’s declared aims. Reporting to the School Business Manager and Office Manager, the Receptionist will represent the school as the first point of contact in a friendly and professional manner. Answering the telephone: re-directing calls to the relevant personnel and taking messages as necessary to ensure prompt and effective communication at all times. Undertaking reception duties; welcoming parents, pupils and other visitors and dealing with enquiries whilst ensuring that the safety of pupils and staff is observed at all times.
The successful candidates will work closely with the Headteacher, the Senior Leadership Team, the School Business Manager and Office Manager, as well as other members of the Admin team.
